30-day returns on unopened bottles.

We want you to love what you wear. If a fragrance isn't right for you, here's how returns work:

Eligible for full refund

• Bottle is sealed and unopened
• Original packaging is intact (box, cellophane, plastic seal)
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Refund is issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.

Final sale

• Opened bottles
• Sample sets and decants
• Gift sets once unwrapped
• Discounted or promotional items marked as final sale

How to start a return

Open our contact form and include:

• Your order number
• The product you'd like to return
• The reason (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, reach out via the contact form within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost. No need to return the original.
